Ultra-slim and ultra-compact amplifier-built-in photoelectric sensors engineered for precision detection in semiconductor, electronics, and industrial automation — from the EX-10 at just 3.5 mm thick to the EX-20 mountable with M3 screws.

Two families of amplifier-built-in photoelectric sensors — each optimized for a different mounting footprint.

The world's smallest amplifier-built-in photoelectric sensor at just W10 × H14.5 × D3.5 mm. Front and side sensing configurations, narrow-beam variants down to ø0.5 mm minimum sensing object, and 1 m sensing range. IP67 waterproof with inverter countermeasure circuit built in.

Ultra-compact amplifier-built-in sensor with M3 screw mounting (metal inserts for durability), single-chip optical IC, sensitivity adjuster, and bright 2-color indicator. Thru-beam to 2 m, diffuse reflective to 160 mm, retroreflective to 200 mm. IP67, PNP & NPN available.

These sensor families are designed for the most demanding precision automation environments.

EX-10 at 3.5 mm thick fits where no other amplifier-built-in sensor can — eliminating external amplifier boxes entirely.

Narrow-beam variants detect objects as small as ø0.5 mm without slits or extra cost — ideal for ICs, leads, and chip components.

High-speed 0.5 ms response time handles fast-moving parts on high-throughput automated lines.

Fully sealed for use in wash-down and wet process lines. Stainless steel mounting brackets available for corrosive environments.

Built-in inverter countermeasure circuit suppresses fluorescent light interference — critical in modern factory lighting environments.

Up to 65% reduction in power consumption compared to conventional sensors — contributing to sustainability targets.
