If your business buys for resale or is otherwise tax-exempt, send us your certificate once and we'll set up your account so New Jersey sales tax isn't charged on future orders.

- The certificate — New Jersey ST-3 (resale) or ST-4 (exempt use), a multistate or Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) certificate, or your own state's resale form
